Disappointments in room maintenance and hidden breakfast fees clashed with the friendly staff, who went above and beyond to assist us during our luggage mishap. the comfy rooms and welcoming atmosphere were overshadowed by the lack of proper amenities, making it a so-so experience overall. As someone who appreciates nature and wildlife, the proximity to gorgeous Kempton Park and the airport's convenient location were definite pluses for us, easing our travel plans.
